After graduating from The Aveda Institute, she quickly realized her creativity couldn’t be confined to the walls of a salon. Applying her passion for making women feel beautiful, she worked to eventually build one of Detroit’s largest traveling hair and makeup companies. Always searching for a new challenge, Ashlee relocated to the Tampa Bay Area to start the second phase of her business.

Fast forward to today and you will find her dominating the industry here working with celebrity clients, specializing in formal hair and airbrush makeup. This glam expert books up to two years in advance for film, pageants and weddings. Ashlee feels fortunate to have a career that allows her to live out her passion everyday and help women realize their true beauty.Her greatest accomplishment came recently as she became a first-time mommy to her son Jackson Cruz.
