On April 22nd 2017 I had the pleasure of working with my gorgeous bride Kasey. I met her months prior to her big day, we did a hair and makeup trial. She was on the fence about which looks she wanted to execute. We tried different looks and finally established hers for 4-22. Throughout the process, we also did an upscale and glamorous boudoir shoot in downtown Tampa. Kasey’s theme for her whole wedding was coastal glam. Her venue was the Florida Aquarium in Tampa. Her colors were blush and gold with the natural accents of the sea life backgrounds at the aquarium. Kasey loves the glam makeup looks. We used shimmer and sparkles in the classiest of ways. For her rehearsal dinner, we stuck to more neutrals and golds. We wanted her to be bridal, but also be within the limits of a rehearsal and a casual dinner. Kasey wore 18” Bellami hair extensions to add more length and volume to her already gorgeous locks. On the big day we chose a shimmery eyelid made out of soft rose gold. I used Too Faced glamour dust in “pink fire”. When I apply an eye shimmer or glitter I typically dip my brush into a tiny bit of eyeshadow glue to ensure the sparkle will last all evening. We used Temptu silicone based airbrush foundation in #7 “golden honey” for a natural, long lasting bronze glow. We used Kiss wispie lashes to enhance her lashes and give her a fuller look on her eyes. Urban Decay’s “naked” palette to exencuate her under eye area and make her baby blue’s pop. I wanted her lips to match the theme and make a statement so we used NYX cosmetics liner in “dolly pink” with a tiramisu pouty gloss on top. When doing a bride I always use two eyeliners, one gel and one ink liner pen to seal the line and make it long lasting. A touch of Nars “laguna” bronzer and “orgasm” blush completed her bridal look. For her hair we started with a gorgeous and full side-swept ponytail paired with a diamond like headband that was placed at the crown of her head for that extra bling. With the chaos of the day and the heat we deal with in Florida, I came back to her venue after the ceremony and photos to freshen everyone up. We added a touch of color to the maids lips for more of an evening look. I also like to powder and highlight the ladies before walking into the reception so they look completely fresh. I changed Kasey’s long side-swept pony to a structured, yet messy side bun. She was ready for a night of unforgettable dancing, drinks and memories. It was an absolute honor to work with Kasey and her girls. After a year of planning and excitement, an Atlanta newscaster marries a football legend and now becomes the blonde bombshell wifey with class and elegance, Mrs. Kasey Piurowski. 🙂
